ABOUT
The objective of Kampar Trail Run 2019 is to promote the unique and attractive natural landscapes, among others the mountains backdrop, flowing rivers and biodiversity of Sahom Valley. Sahom Valley, in the District of Kampar, Perak also falls within the gazetted area of Kinta Valley National Geopark that has been declared as Malaysia’s Second National Geopark.

MEDICAL AND INSURANCE
1. There will be medical personnel on standby at the venue and run site.
2. Ambulance service is on standby as well for emergency cases.
3. Participants are responsible to ensure that they are fit and healthy before starting the race. Please consult your doctor if there is any doubt.
4. Participants are to accept the risk associated with the event as per indemnity clause stated in the Rules and Regulations.
5. The organizer will not be held responsible for any claim resulted from this event.
6. It is recommended that you have personal accident insurance or health insurance though we will provide a group insurance protection.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
Whilst every reasonable precaution will be taken by the organizers to ensure the participants safety, participants are strongly encouraged to go for a medical examination and/or consult their medical practitioner prior to registration and before the actual race day.
The organizers reserve the right to delay the commencement of the race in the event of heavy rain or thunder storm or Air Pollution Index hits the unhealthy level or any other extreme weather condition. Should the heavy rain, thunder storm or haze or extreme weather condition persist after delay, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the race without any refund. In the event of heavy rain or thunder storm or catastrophic or natural disaster resulting in a postponement or cancellation of the above event, the organizers shall not be held responsible for any claims whatsoever in any form made by any individual or parties concerned.
The organizers reserves the right to use any photograph (including those of participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the event taken before, during and after the event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to sponsors.
