Open to all participants. Participants under the age of 18 as on 31st Dec 2019, required to have a parent or guardian's approval. (COMPULSORY) Children under the age of 12 MUST be accompanied by an adult. BIB is NOT transferrable. Must be shown clearly at front during racing. Any violation will result in disqualification as winner.
