Coming from our successful RUN ASIA REDANG back in October 2018, we are introducing our 1st event of 2019 in the green lush jungles of Kemensah. Located just behind the Zoo Negara, the RUN ASIA KEMENSAH event offers all jungle loving people and city folks alike a chance to fill their lungs with fresh air and a sight full of greeneries. There’s no better way to recharge those tired minds and bodies from the hustle and bustle of city live.
There will be 3 run distance categories on offer.
1) 7km – children are encouraged to do this with Mummy and Daddy
2) 16km – tougher yet very doable for beginner trail runners
3) 25km – trail running satisfaction for all
The Kemensah trails are not just about flora and fauna, there’s a big history that’s somehow have not been told. The village inside Kemensah that we were being told by the elders dates back to the 1940s. The village is no longer there, claim back by the jungle, however the structures they have build remains. Would you believe it there was once a gold mine in Kemensah.
Besides the trails, there are also other recreational activities in the area, such as fishing, swimming in refreshing river water, great BBQ lamb and other delicacies, survival camp, horse riding, ATV and we will let you discover the rest.
So come on over this 28th April, and be enchanted by Kemensah.
