RACE PACK COLLECTION
Date: 12/3/2020 (Thursday) and 13/3/2020 (Friday)
Time: 11:00am to 8:00pm
Venue: EXPO, Pacific Hot Spring Hotel Green Bay
Note:
1. All international runners must collect the race kit on the above-mentioned dates and no race kit delivery service is available.
2. Please show your E-ticket and original IC to collect your race kit. If you are unable to collect the race kit, you may nominate someone else to collect the race kit. The nominated person needs to bring the following documents:
a. E-ticket
b. Participant’s IC copy
c. Authorization Letter
3. Participant is required to sign on a recognition letter after checking upon receival. There will be no re-distribution after the recognition.
4. All collectors on the race kit collection day will be rewarded with two (2) pieces of special souvenirs by the event organizer.
