Note:
- All 63k/51k/19k runners must register at www.racematix.com after completing payment on JOMRUN and upload their JOMRUN reciept to ensure they are issued a race bib/timing chip and are timed for the event. This must be completed no less than 60 days before the event date. Reminder emails will be sent from time to time to runners to complete this process but the ultimate responsibility is with the competitor to complete this process to ensure they are officially registered for the event. No further payments need to be made unless they are adding on an optional bus transfer for the event later after payment via JOMRUN.
- Runners must get the permission of the organizers to do an official bib swap up to 30 days before the event date. The replacement runner may not change categories using a bib allocated for a designated category. Any runner caught using the bib number for a different runner under a different name will be disqualified.

Returned Shuttle Bus: Mega D Aru Hotel (Kota Kinabalu) to Beaufort (Gem Hotel/River Park Hotel): RM120 per person
Bus Transfer: Finish Line to Beaufort (after the race): RM30 per person***
***Bus transfers to Beaufort will be either at staggered intervals or as the bus fills up to capacity.

IMPORTANT!
Runners should only bring 1 finish/travel bag to the START line where you may deposit your finish bags with the logistics truck that will be on standby near the start line to collect your finish bags 30 minutes before the start time onwards. All finish bags must have a Beaufort Ultra Marathon Tag which contains your bib number on it when depositing the bag. All bags should be dropped off at least 15-30 minutes before the start of the race.
