Q: What is a Virtual Run?
A: Joining a virtual run means that you can run anywhere and anytime before the deadline. Once the run is completed, you just need to send us the proof of your running activity, and the entitlements will be mailed to your address. 😉
Q: When and where do I run?
A: The running period is from 1st August 2021 to 31st January 2023. In other words, you can run anywhere and anytime from 1st August 2021 to 31st January 2023. Capture the proof of running and submit through JomRun app before 31st January 2023.
Q: What can I get after completing the virtual run?
A: Finisher Medal (21KM Finisher will get a gold medal and 5KM finisher will get a silver medal)

*All participants are eligible to receive the runner tee, drawstring bag, and tattoo sticker as entitlements. To entitle the medal (5KM&21KM) and finisher tee (for 21KM runners only), the participant must submit their results showing they have achieved the targeted running distances/steps as registered before the submission deadline.
Q: What can I get if I couldn't complete the run within the running period?
A: After the running period, non-finishers will receive all their entitlements excluding the finisher medal and 21KM finisher tee.
Q: How can I have a medal with my name on it?
A: You have to complete your registration by 20th June 11:59pm AT THE LATEST. Maximum 30 characters can be engraved, including symbol and space. (We recommended maximum 20 characters.) Emoji is not accepted.
Q: Can I change the details I filled in during registration?
A: T-shirt size and name to engrave on medal cannot be changed. To change other details such as mailing address, please inform us at [email protected].
Q: Can I change my category (5KM/21KM)?
A: No, once the registration is confirmed, there will be no changes, cancellations, and refunds.
Q: When can I receive my entitlement items?
A: The entitlement items will be sent out from 30th September 2021, after your submission.
Q: Can I separate the run distance into a few shorter distance runs?
A: Yes. The runs/steps can be accumulated by multiple runs/steps, which completed within the running period (1st August 2021 to 31st January 2023).
Q: How to do submission?
A: From 1st August 2021 to 31st January 2023, use any app or treadmill to track your run. You can track your distance by using the following methods:
1. JomRun app (track by km or steps)
2. Connect your JomRun app with Google Fit/Strava/Polar/Apple Health (track by km)
3. Submit your proof of running from any other app or treadmill in JomRun app (track by km or steps)
4. Submit the snapshot of your daily steps in JomRun app (track by steps, 1 step = 0.762m, 1000 steps = 762m)

問: 如果沒有完成指定的距離，我是否會得到紀念品？
答: 未完成者將不會獲得任何紀念品。每位參賽者必須在期限前完成指定的距離以獲得購買的紀念品。
問: 成功報名后，我還能不能修改個人資料？
答: 一旦成功報名后，衣服尺寸和獎牌上的名字無法更改。若需更改地址等其他個人資料，請發送電子郵件至[email protected]
問: 我什麼時候可以收到紀念品？
答: 主辦單位將在於2021年9月30日之後寄出紀念品給完賽者。
問: 我必須一次性跑完該距離嗎？
答: 距離、步數是可累積的。您可以將2021年8月1日至2023年01月31日期間的跑步成績加總以達到目標距離、步數。
問: 我該如何提交成績？
答: 於2021年8月1日至2023年01月31日期間，使用任何跑步追蹤應用程序以記錄您的跑步成績（顯示距離公裡數或步數即可），最遲於2023年01月31日在JomRun 應用程序完成或將成績截圖上傳至JomRun應用程序提交。
可以以下幾種方式完成:
1. 在電子票裡用 “跑” 按鈕記錄您的距離或步數
2. 連接您的JomRun 應用程序 和Google Fit/Strava/Polar （以公里計算）

答: 完成指定的距離后，在您的JomRun 應用程序打開 ”我”>去到”電子票”>選擇您要的活動>選擇您的名字或status>按下右上角的“獎狀”圖案即可下載您的電子完賽證書(E-cert)。
