Q: What is a Virtual Marathon?
A: Joining a virtual marathon means that you can run anywhere, anytime (even on a treadmill) before the deadline. Once the run is completed, you just need to send us the proof of your running activity, and the entitlements will be collected at the selected location. 😉
Q: When and where do I run/ride?
A: The running period is from 1st - 31st October 2020. On the other words, you can run anywhere anytime from 1st - 31st October 2020, and capture the proof of running and send to us at [email protected] (non-JomRun users) or submit through JomRun app (for JomRun users only).
Q: What can I get after completing the virtual run?
A:
1. Medal (First 8,000 participants only. First come, first served)
2. Limited Edition Dry-Fit Shirt Short Sleeves/Long Sleeves (Optional)
3. Limited Edition Mask (Optional)
Q: Can I change the details I filled in during registration?
A: T-shirt size cannot be changed.
Q: When can I collect my entitlement items?
A: Kindly refer to the graphics above under Self Collection Locations for more info. Self Collection period is from 1st - 30th November 2020
Q: Can I separate the run distance into a few shorter distance runs?
A: Yes. The run/steps CAN BE ACCUMULATED in multiple runs/step.
Participants are encouraged to run for 2KM each session, which completed within running period (1st - 31st October 2020).
Q: How to do submission?
A: Within 1st - 31st October 2020, use any apps which can track your runs, screenshot the result which showing date and distance/steps as your proof of running.
You can track your distance by using the following methods:
1. Running/Riding outdoor with GPS (track by KM)
2. Running indoor with treadmill (track by KM)
3. Steps counters (1KM = 1,500 steps)
Please submit your results and E-ticket to [email protected] (non-JomRun users) or submit through JomRun app (JomRun users only).

Sehubungan dengan itu, bagi mereka yang masih belum mengambil kit FMKL2020 kami ada menyediakan servis penghantaran terus kepada anda. Caj servis penghantaran sebanyak RM 12 untuk Semenanjung, RM 15 bagi Sabah dan Sarawak (set 1: medal+tshirt atau 1 medal sahaja). Tertakluk kepada syarat semasa.
