Event overview
1. Is there a bag deposit/locker available?
No, participants are advised to carry the minimum essentials to the run.
2. Will there be a pre-run briefing?
No. All participants are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes before their flag-off time. The run will flag off at the stipulated time.
3. Where is the starting point for my run?
The starting point will be at Marina Barrage.
4. Do I have to wear my run bib? Where do I attach it?
Participants must wear their assigned number bib on his/her chest at all times during the run. Participants must have a bib to be allowed to participate in the Run.
5. Can I run with my pets?
No animals or other pets except service animals are allowed on the event premises.
6. Will I get my run timing?
This is a non-competitive run. Timing will not be available.
7. Are there water points available along the run route?
One (1) water point will be stationed throughout the route for the 5KM fun run category.
Two (2) water points will be stationed throughout the route for the 10KM fun run category.
8. What if I am hurt or feel unwell during the event or otherwise unable to finish the event?
Please approach the nearest marshals stationed along the route. They will notify the medical officers to come and assist you as soon as possible.

Registration
10. How can I register the run?

11. How is my registration complete?
You’ll receive an e-ticket on the JomRun app upon successful registration.
12. Why haven't I received the order confirmation email despite registering and making payment?
If you haven't received the e-ticket, possible reasons include unsuccessful registration or app errors. Contact the team at: [email protected] for assistance.
13. Can I transfer my registration or give my running bib to someone else?
Participants are strictly prohibited from transferring their run registration or bib to another party after confirming their registrations.
14. Can I change my category?
Unfortunately, category changes are not permitted. Each participant can register for only one category.
Add on Merchandise
15. Can I still add on merchandise after the registration is done?
Unfortunately, add-on purchase merchandise is not permitted after the registration is done. Participants can choose to register another ticket with the add-on merchandise.
Race pack
16. What are the Garfield Run 2024 - Singapore entitlements?
All participants will receive event packs containing Official Garfield Run Event Jersey, Official Garfield Run Medal, Race bib, E-certificate, Official Garfield Run Drawstring bag, Official Garfield Run Popsocket, Official Garfield Run Hand Fan, Official Garfield Run Acrylic Keychain.
17. Why are my entitlement and add-ons different in the app?
The picture is for illustration purposes only. Sizes and dimensions are approximate, and the actual product may vary slightly.
18. When and where is the race pack collection?
The race pack collection date and day will be updated on the website once confirmed. Please stay informed by regularly checking the website.
19. What do I need to bring with me to collect my run pack?
Simply just present your e-ticket on the JomRun app.
20. What should I do if my run pack is missing items?
Participants are required to check their run pack before leaving the site. We will not address any issues after participants have left the site.
21. Can someone collect my run pack on my behalf?
Yes, but they will need to have your e-ticket with them. You will need to leave your full name and phone number if you are collecting on behalf.
22. Will I receive the medal in the run pack or after the run?
Medals will only be issued after runners have completed the run.
23. Will I still be entitled to a medal if I do not complete the entire run?
No. Medals are strictly for the run finishers only.
Run jersey
24. What are the sizes available for the Run t-shirt?
Please refer to the t-shirt measurements and guides on the website.
25. Can I change the size of my run t-shirt after my initial registration?
No, exchange of run t-shirt sizes is not allowed.
26. I received the wrong t-shirt size in my run pack. Can I exchange it?
Participants are required to check their run packs before leaving the site. No exchanges are allowed after leaving the collection site.

28. Is there a time limit for me to complete the walk?
5KM: 1 hour
10KM: 2 hour
Grace Period: 15 minutes
29. What happens if it rains?
Don't worry, a little rain won't dampen our spirits! We'll keep the good times rolling unless we get an official lightning alert. So, enjoy the raindrops as they join your adventure, and let's keep the positivity flowing!
