Q: What is a virtual cycling event?
A: Joining a virtual cycling event means that you can cycle anywhere, anytime before the deadline. Once the cycle is completed, you just need to send us the proof of your cycling activity, and the entitlements will be mailed to your address. 😉
Q: When and where do I cycle?
A: The submission period is from 15th February to 30th September 2021. In other words, you can cycle anywhere anytime from 15th February to 30th September 2021, and capture the proof of cycling and submit it through JomRun app before 30th September 2021.
Q: What can I get after completing the virtual cycling event?
A:
1. 20km – Cyclist Tee + Silver Medal + E-cert
2. 60km – Cyclist Tee + Silver Medal + E-cert
3. 120km – Cyclist Tee + Finisher Tee + Gold Medal + Cyclist Jersey (Optional) + E-cert
Q: How can I have a medal with my name on it?
A: You have to complete your registration by 29th December 2020 11:59pm AT THE LATEST. Maximum 8 characters can be engraved, including symbol and space. Emoji is not accepted. Only the first 8 characters will be engraved if the name you submitted exceed the limit.
Q: Can I change the details I filled in during registration?
A: T-shirt size and name to engrave on medal cannot be changed. To change other details such as mailing address, please inform us at [email protected].
Q: Can I change my category (20km, 60km, 120km) ?
A: No, once the registration is confirmed, there will be no changes, cancellations and refunds.
Q: When can I receive my entitlement items?
A: The entitlement items will be sent out from 15th March 2021. You will be expecting to receive the items within 10 working days.
Q: Can I separate the cycling distance into a few shorter cycles?
A: Yes. The cycling distance can be accumulated by multiple times, which completed within the submission period (15th February 2021 to 30th September 2021).
Q: How to do submission?
A: Within 15th February 2021 to 30th September 2021, use any apps which can track your cycling distance, screenshot the result which shows the date and distance as your proof of cycling and submit through JomRun app before 30th September 2021.

1. Cycling outdoor with GPS (track by KM)
2. Cycling indoor with indoor cycling machine
