Dear Participants of Neon Run 2020: Run Against Cancer,
It is with great regret to inform you that, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Neon Run 2020: Run Against Cancer will be postponed. This decision was reached following the announcement made by the Prime Minister that all public gatherings will be postponed or cancelled accordingly until April 30, 2020.
(Source: https://www.thestar.com.my/news/nation/2020/03/13/muhyiddin-all-gatherings-postponed-until-april-30-or-to-be-cancelled-due-to-covid-19)
Our paramount concern has always been the safety and wellbeing of our participants and our committee members. Thus, in view of the increasingly concerning surge in recorded cases of COVID-19 in Malaysia, we have decided that it is in the best interests of all parties to postpone our event to a to-be-determined date later in 2020.
To all concerned participants, all race entries will remain valid and will be automatically transferred to the new event date. The date for the Race Kit Collection will also be postponed.
We apologise for the inconveniences caused and we are grateful for the understanding and support from all participants. Please stay tuned for further updates.
For any enquiries, please do not hesitate to leave us a message on our Facebook or Instagram pages, drop us a message on our website at https://www.neonrunum.com, or email us via [email protected].
Thank you.
