Run Asia Kemensah 2020, 2nd edition is even bigger and bolder.
Featuring a Saturday trail run with 3 categories:
1)8km
2)16km
3)24km
Under the advised of the authorities and feedback from the trail running communities, we have decided to move the Saturday night run to a Saturday morning daytime run. We apologized for any inconvenience caused.
Those who came for the 1st edition, we got news for you. Trails may be the same, but not in the same order. A little twist here and there, and a big turn somewhere else. Did we just got you salivating.
And yes, Sunday is the inaugural duathlon event and the fun loving kids trail dash, adult who just wants to do some fun trail run can join us too. The duathlon features a 8km run, 32km bike and 8km run. Superb biking trails awaits your knobby tires.
And kids, didn’t we had an amazing time the last time. Its gonna be even more amazing this time. And parents, please sleep early.
So come on over this 11th and 12th April, and be enchanted by Kemensah.
RACE PACK COLLECTION
Event is cancelled due to COVID-19 outbreak. The new Race Kit Collection will be announced soon.

Note:
1) Those who require postal services to receive your race kit please contact the organizer directly. The postage fee is RM10 via pos laju/DHL/J&T Express. We will stop accepting postage request from 30th march onwards.

3) STRICTLY NO COLLECTION ON EVENT DAY
4) All uncollected race kits will be deemed as unwanted and therefore become the property of the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to dispose or redistribute the race kits in any manner deemed appropriate.

ANNOUNCEMENT
Dear all participants,
This post is to address the recent covid-19 virus outbreak in the country, and also the notice from the various ministries in regards to large gatherings such as running events.
1) The event Run Asia Kemensah 2020 will be cancelled. Regretfully.
We chose not to postponed the event as we just don’t know when the new date can be, and will it clash with other events, or would the virus still remains a threat to our health.
2) Race kit collection will be moved to 11th and 12th April, 10.00am till 6.00pm. (TBC)
Tentatively. All factories in the country are to be closed from the 18th March till 31st March. Medals are from China and they are rushing orders from everywhere else too.
We are hoping the t-shirts and medal can reach us by the 10th April.
In the event the t-shirt and medal can’t make it, we would have to reschedule the REPC to the following week of 18th and 19th April.
Please take note of this. We can only update on this matter as we move closer to 11th April.
3) We will setup the trail markers for the 5km, 8km and 16km trail run section with the permission from the authorities on 11th and 12th April.
This is just a run on your own thingy. And to comply with the social separation policy.
4) The marked trails are for running and mountain biking. Just be careful with your bikes on the 5km route as there may be children on the course.
5) You can either come early and run or bike first, then collect your race kit, or collect your race kit then go run or bike. Either way try to space out among others.
6) There will be crews and 1 water station on the route. Please bring enough water on your own. Minimum 2 liters would be good if you’re taking on the 16km route.
7) Those who are not feeling well, PLEASE DON’T COME. We can always arrange your kit to be picked up at another time.
8) Please read the email that will be send out to all participants in these couple of days.

ANNOUNCEMENT
Well Ladies and Gentlemen,
with the extended MCO till 14th April, we would have to defer the REPC to another date.
Venue will be the same. The setup of the trails will be the same. Just no date yet.
