ABOUT
Turtle Run is a family-friendly event that involves road running with participants taking part for their own enjoyment, especially nature lovers! Although Turtle Run is a fun run mainly focused on spreading awareness, we also have exciting prizes waiting for the more competitive lot who manage to come out on top.
Notes for Race Kit Collection :
1) Participants are required to produce their Student Cards during race kit collection as verification that you are a student enrolled in tertiary education in order to acquire the student price.
2) If participants registered with the student price fail to bring their Student Cards during the race kit collection, they shall not receive their race kits and no refunds shall be given.
3) Participants must present their prove of payment (eg. JomRun e-ticket) and their Identification Card for verification.
4) Participants are allowed to send a representative to collect on their behalf provided that the representative presents a confirmation e-mail (either hardcopy or softcopy) which authorizes them to collect on behalf of the participant in question. If the participant registered with the student price, the representative must present the participant’s actual Student Card during the race kit collection. Race kits shall not be given to unverified individuals.
5)Participants are not allowed opt for a change in shirt sizes during the race kit collection. However, shirt sizes are subject to how long stocks last. The Organizer may in turn provide the participants a different size if the sizes they have registered for has run out of stock.
RACE PACK COLLECTION
Date : Thursday (17th October 2019) and Friday (18th October 2019)
Venue : Kompleks Perdana Siswa, Universiti Malaya
Time : 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
However, if you are unable to pick up your race kits on the aforementioned dates, do not worry as we will allow race kits to be retrieved on the event day itself (19th October 2019) but you are advised to collect your race kits *at least 30 minutes* before the event starts to avoid any inconvenience.

OTHERS INFOMATION
1) There will be 2 water stations provided at KK10 and PALAPES. However, participants are required to bring their own bottles as no cups will be provided as we are trying to reduce plastic.
2) There will also be booths by Non-governmental Organisations such as Juara Turtle Project regarding their efforts to save the environment.
3) Food trucks, game booths and lucky draws will also be provided for extra fun!
